Texas A&M Agrilife Extension is offering a South Region Landowner Series. Anyone with an interest in learning more about resources available to landowners is encouraged to attend. *Pesticide CEUs will be offered.
The first class of Landowner Series kicked off last week. If you didn’t attend, you missed an excellent program! It’s not too late to take part in this series so make plans to join us on Tuesday, October 10th from 10-2 p.m. at the Kerr Wildlife Management Area near Hunt, TX. Lunch is provided courtesy of Texas Farm Credit and 3 hours of CEUs will be offered. Topics include:
- Wildlife and Range Management
- Prescribed Burning
- Grazing Systems
- Whitetail Deer and Endangered Species Management

- October 31: Forage and Pasture Management
- November 14th: Weed/Brush Management, Plant ID, Sprayer Calibration.
